Hockey University (Officiating 1/2)
The online course (modules) for NEW officials is NOW available for registration on the new Hockey Canada Registry Website.
All NEW officials will be required to complete this course before registering for a new officials’ certification clinic.
Registration for Hockey University can be found at

Please Note: Every returning official will be required to participate in one of these online clinics if they wish to officiate this season. As always, if you were registered as an official last season, you are eligible to officiate until December 31st 2022 without attending a clinic. However if you wish to continue reffing into 2023, you will need to attend an online clinic, and pass your officials exam.

Here is the link for Clinic Registration.

Level 1 (& U9) – 30 registrants
Clinic ID = 2022002318 – NEW L1 Winfield & District MHA

Level 2 – 10 registrants
Clinic ID = 2022002319 – NEW L2 Winfield & District MHA *17 years & under [no CRC required]

Level 2 – 10 registrants
Clinic ID = 2022002320 – NEW L2 (CRC) Winfield & District MHA *18+ years [CRC required]

Please ensure you are signing up for the correct clinic level… ex: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3. Please also ensure if you are NOT playing minor hockey this season, that you pay for officials insurance as well.

Stay tuned for more updates. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have.

Look forward to getting back on the ice!
