2008-2009 Registration Rates & Information
For Returning WMHA members and Brand New members (New Members who have never played Minor Hockey) Registration will be online through the Hockey Canada program.
New Members - Transfer In, from another MH Association will be unable to register online. You will find your required forms and instructions below the Online Registration area on this page.

New Members: Transfer in from another Minor Hockey Association. Follow instructions below.
(You must provide us with your EMAIL address as your confirmation of your Transfer request being approved will be sent via email) * If it is your very first time registering with WMHA, you will receive a 50% discount off your regular registration fee (eg: $380 Bantam, pay $190). This offer does not combine/apply with the Family Discount.
Registration for 2008/2009 Season - Form for New Members who transfer from another MHA, complete, mail back to address below.
For players transferring from another association, you must complete a Declartion of Residency Form, please download, complete the 1 form that pertains to your situation.

Volunteer Program: Families can choose to Volunteer within the Association or Pay the $150 Volunteer Fee, if you are paying by cheque please make chq payable to WDMHA and date for 15Sept2008 and forward with documentation. We are currently updating the Positions so a updated volunteer form will be made available soon on the website. If you choose to Volunteer, please forward a cheque payable to WDMHA dated for Dec 15/08. We hold this chq like a deposit, upon completion we shred the chq, volunteer duty not full-filled we cash the chq.
Please forward Payment and complete Registration Form & Declartion of Residency Form with Photocopy of Birth Certificate and Photocopy of Utility Bill or Lease agreement for proof of new residency. Mail to: WMHA Box 41010 RPO South Lake Country BC V4V 1Z7
