CARDED REP TEAMS: To Qualify for League Play in OMAHA
Coaches & Assistant Coaches: Must have a Qualified/Certified Coach with Developmental 1(or intermediate). You have until December 1st to get Dev. 1, then complete Post material by March 31st, 2009 to get Certified.
Hockey Canada Safety Person (HCSP) - previously referred to as "Trainer": Must have a (non-expired - taken in the last 3 years) Qualified HCSP person. New course will be good for 6 years.
Managers: Require a minimum of Speak Out. Starting this year, you can card only 1 Manager to your team. Any additional personnel must have either Dev. 1 or HCSP.
You may have 5 Carded to your team as Staff & All Staff must have Speak Out.
INITIATION, NOVICE, ATOM DEVELOPMENT & HOUSE TEAMS:
Head Coaches: Must be qualified/certified with Coach - Hybrid.
